Product Description

Product performance

The product is produced from cardanol, does not contain the biodegradation of nonylphenol, does not affect the endocrine system, will not cause ecological harm, it is a type of non-ionic surface active agent with high biodegradability and it is environmental friendly. It is the ideal substitute of nonylphenol polyoxyethylene ether (NP series), fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene ether and this product is oil soluble, soluble in most organic solvents, and has good compatibility with most anionic and non-ionic surfactants.

Applications

1. This product has excellent cleaning properties with low foam, small odor, can be applied largely in industrial and civil use;

2. The product has excellent thermostability washing capacity, it is especially suitable for printing and dyeing industry;

3. This product has good wettability, can be used as textile refining agent, coating additives; wetting agent and emulsifier in pesticide chemicals; emulsifier in emulsion polymerization;

4. This product can be used as Synthetic fiber oil composition, in addition to show the emulsifying properties but also has antistatic effect, also used as softening agent in short synthetic fiber blended yarn sizing, can improve the smoothness and elasticity;

5. This product can effectively replace NP series, TX series, AEO series, and EO synthesis of non-ionic surfactant, and generally can be used together with traditional surfactant.
