Levelling Agent O

Product Performance: 

The series of products are soluble in water, which have diffusion, leveldyeing, retarding, emulsification, permeating, wetting, and foaming performance. This product is a broad categories of ionic surfactant with excellent biodegradability and low temperature performance, thus it is not affected by water hardness and is suitable for washing synthetic fiber, both on the powdered formula, and it is also suitable for liquid detergent formulation. With the extremely fast development , it has been substituted for alkyl benzene sulfonic acid sodium.

Application:

1. Peregal is used in the printing and dyeing industry as a leveling agent, retarding agent. It makes the color firm, bright and beautiful.

2. It served as a cleaner in the metal machining process, which makes the surface of the oil remove easily, is advantageous for the subsequent processing.

3. In the general industrial , it can be used to produce good and homogeneous emulsion as emulsifier.

4. In the glass industry, it can drop glass breakage in the drawing and winding process, and it also can prevent cottony phenomenon, improve the quality of the glass drawing and production efficiency.

5. Because of its strong detergency and antistatic effect, it can be used for making polyester and other synthetic fiber spinning oil components, it is also good material  for making wool detergent, fruit tree pesticide penetrating agent, etc.
